About this file
This document is an Attachment 05 Questions and Answers dated 23 June 2025 for a federal contract opportunity related to Algae Removal/Pressure Washing Services at AB Won Pat International Airport in Guam. The document addresses two key contractor inquiries: square footage and water disposal responsibilities.
Regarding square footage, the government confirms a maximum of 592,000 square feet for service, with the caveat that precise measurements will depend on ongoing portable office installations. The offices will be delivered at a rate of 3 per day (13 single offices and 3 double-wide offices). For water disposal, the contractor retains full responsibility, with the sole requirement being use of an approved disposal site that complies with local Guam environmental codes and regulations, as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Attachment 05 Question and Answers 23 June 2025
• May I please request final square footage of the play box considering the anticipated change relative to installation of portable offices within the same area?
o The final square footage to quote for will be for a maximum of 592,000 square feet. As specified in the PWS, the service will need to be coordinated and conducted around the delivery of the portable offices. Unfortunately, we don’t have accurate final square footage with the portable offices until they are fully delivered. Please anticipate delivery of 3 office spaces per day, 13 single offices and 3 double-wide offices.
May I also seek confirmation that water disposal is still the obligation of the contractor?
o Water disposal is still the responsibility of the contractor. IAW the Performance Work Statement, it outlines that disposal is the contractor’s responsibility. Additionally, it leaves the disposal location to the contractor discretion, only requirement is that it is an approved disposal site that adheres to local Guam environmental codes and regulations.
