About this file

This document is an Attachment 05 Questions and Answers document dated 20 May 2025 for a federal contract opportunity related to Algae Removal/Pressure Washing Service at AB Won Pat International. The document addresses three specific questions from potential contractors:

  1. The total square footage of the designated "Play Box" area is confirmed as 592,000 square feet. 2. Regarding algae growth, the government indicates they do not have current access to the precise status, noting the last algae removal service was conducted in January 2024 and recommending contractors consider normal algae growth over that period. 3. No site visit will be allowed prior to quote submission due to time constraints and the urgency of the service. The document is part of solicitation FA500425Q0031 issued by the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces, with the government noting that contract funds are not presently available and the contract is contingent upon future appropriated funds.

592k sq ft

We currently do not have access to the status of the algae growth. The last exercise conducted an algae removal service in January 2024. Please consider normal algae growth over that course of that time period.

3. Will a site visit be allowed prior to submitting our quote?

There is currently no planned site visit due to time constraints and urgency of the service.
