Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. FA5000‐19‐R‐A020 Regulated Garbage Removal and Disposal
Inquires Due 13 August 2019 Answers Posted 14 August 2019
1. Is there a chance for a site visit to observe the volume of a typical current pickup, or is there an estimate of the average size & quantity of 3mil bags used during either a pickup or annually? Or is there an image of a typical pickup volume at the storage site before being transported for treatment?
(submitted 8 August 2019; 1:13pm) Answer: There will be no site visit scheduled. Historical annual average pounds per pickup is 68.1 lbs with an annual average number of 105 pickups. There is no historical data in regards to size and quantity of 3 mil bags used. (Posted 14 August 2019).
2. I have a question about the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted to FBO under solicitation number
FA500019RA020.
I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract or task order number?
(submitted 8 August 2019; 1:15pm) Answer: Similar services have been performed in the past under contract number FA5000-16-D-0012 awarded 22 September 2016 to Safety Waste Incineration. (Posted 14 August 2019)
