Attachment 2 – Statement of Work

STATEMENT OF WORK

673d Security Forces Squadron Genetec Client Workstations (High Performance)Software Upgrade and Genetec Directory Server Upgrade

1. DESCIPTION OF SERVICE/ITEM – Demo existing Instransa Genetect Directory server and install all equipment and software for new client workstations and Directory server

1.1. Vendor shall provide (3) high performance HP Z240 Mini-Tower Genetec client workstations with the following specifications:

Intel i7 (6th Gen) 6700 / 3.4GHz (4GHz) (Quad-Core) 8MB Cache

16GB DDR3 SDRAM

256GB HP Z TURBO DRIVE G2

DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM

Sound card Gigabit Ethernet Network adapter Intel HD Graphics 530

GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB GRAPHCS CARD

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

1.2. Additionally, will provide a 27" monitor with kyboard and mouse and install the Genetec Security Center client software prior to delivery. The above price will include shipping to Anchorage and a one year warranty.

1.3. Demo the existing Intransa Genetec Directory server, provide and install a new BCD Genetec Directory management server that manages the existing Genetec LPR cameras. The new server will be built to accommodate future expansion of the Genetec video system and will manage and store video for up to (20) LPR cameras and provide at least 120 days of archived video. The new server will come equipped with E5 processors, 24GB of RAM, 10TB of usage storage, Windows Server 2012, and full version of SQL. AFS will install the new server in the existing security equipment rack, program and configure the server with Genetec, and discover the existing LPR cameras. Additionally, AFS will upgrade the server software and the existing client workstations running Genetec to Genetec's latest release, version 5.5 SR5. After installation AFS will ensure the system is communicating and operating as intended.

1.4. Period of Performance is from: Once vendor is awarded it will take approximately 90 days to install, configure and bring all LPRs online utilizing the new server.

3. DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Vendor must be capable of adequately assemble, install, troubleshoot and deliver to 673 SFS within desired delivery timeline.
