Q1: Can you please confirm if we can providing lodging in the Boise ID area that is approximately 50 minutes from Mountain Home AFB?
A1: Unfortunately, the requirement is to stay within 15 miles driving
Q2: Do the beds have to be twin or could they be full size?
A1: Single room is 1 one bed, twin room is considered to be 2 beds.
Q3: Regarding FA489721Q0298, there are only three properties with 15 miles driving which all sold out for the dates you are asking. Would you consider the exertion of mileage so that I will be able to find other properties?
A3: Unfortunately, the requirement is to stay within 15 miles driving. At this point, the requirement stays the same.
Q4: How many hotels will the Government allow the contractor to present and is there a distance limitations between the hotels?
A4: You can submit as many quotes as you feel necessary. As for distance, they would like to all be within a block due to carpooling.
Q5: I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement.
A5: A similar service was performed in 2019. The contract number is FA489719PA029.
