About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice Update issued by the U.S. Air Force for the "AOS MCC Follow-on" requirement (Notice ID: FA4890RFI082026). The Government is evaluating its acquisition strategy and actively considering using the GSA OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) vehicle, specifically the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pool/domain, to fulfill this requirement. This update serves as continued market research under RFO Part 10 to determine whether adequate competition and capabilities exist within the OASIS+ contractor community or if an open market procurement via SAM.gov would be more advantageous.
Interested firms must respond by September 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. EDT via email to Contracting Officer Imelda A. Reantaso (imelda.reantaso.1@us.af.mil) with responses limited to 12 pages total in PDF or Microsoft Word format. Required information includes confirmation of current OASIS+ prime contract status (with Domain and Contract Number), intent to participate as a subcontractor or teaming partner if not a prime contractor, capability confirmation for the relevant OASIS+ Domain (such as Technical & Engineering or Management & Advisory), and market feedback regarding OASIS+ versus open market procurement considerations. This notice is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or Government commitment to issue a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding, and responses will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy and determine the appropriate procurement method.
