MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS
FROM: ACC AMIC/PKCB
SUBJECT: Solicitation FA4890-18-R-5022, Guardian Angel Rescue Instructional and Training Services (GA RITS) Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit
1. The GA RITS Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 16 Oct 18 and Wednesday, 17 Oct 18 at Davis Monthan AFB AZ. Below is the schedule for the subject events:
Pre-Proposal Conference:
16 Oct 18, 0900 – 1200 hours. Club Ironwood, 5355 Ironwood St, Tucson, AZ 85701
Site Visit:
16 Oct 18, 1200 – 1600 hours 17 Oct 18, 0800 – 1600 hours
Various locations in and around Davis Monthan AFB and Tucson, AZ. Attendees will provide their own transportation to the sites.
2. All registration requests to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit should be submitted via email to the contract manager (CM) at marlese.yelardy@us.af.mil by 8 Oct 18 and provide the following information:
DoD ID Card Holders (i.e. active duty military, military dependents, retired military, etc.):
• Full legal name of each individual attending (first, middle initial and last)
• Contact number
• E-mail address
Non DoD ID Card Holders (i.e. active duty military, military dependents, retired military etc.):
• Full legal name of each individual attending (first, middle initial and last) with his or her
• Contact number
• E-mail address
• Driver’s License Number and state of issue
• Social Security Number
• Birthdate
• Country of Citizenship *This data will be used to clear individuals for base entry
3. Drafts of the most current Performance Work Statement, Appendices, and Solicitation sections B, L & M have been posted to Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) and can be found by using key word search: “FA4890-18-R-5022”. Although the final RFP isn't cleared for release there is currently no difference between the final and draft RFP which has been posted. Please review these documents prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference and monitor fbo.gov for updates. Copies will not be provided. Offerors are requested to submit questions regarding mailto:marlese.yelardy@us.af.mil http://www.fbo.gov/ the solicitation in writing via e-mail to the CO or CM, christin.lockhart@us.af.mil or marlese.yelardy@us.af.mil, no later than 10 Oct 18. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference, however, official answers will be provided to written questions only. It is the Government’s intent to post written questions and Government responses to FedBizOpps.
4. During both the Pre-proposal conference and site visit, no phones, cameras or any other type of recording devices are allowed in the briefing facility and/or flightline. Personnel identified using or possessing phones/camera will be separated from the group and removed from the facility and/or tour by USAF Security Forces personnel.
