SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

1. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted for FA4890-17-R-0011; Air Force Enterprise Contracted (AFEC) Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories (PMEL) II requirement September 12-13, 2017. Government personnel will meet registered contractor personnel 12 September 2017 at 0900, MacDill AFB Visitor Center.

Below is the anticipated schedule:

Pre-proposal conference- TBD

Site Visit MacDill PMEL- 7807 Hanger Loop Drive, MacDill AFB, FL 33621 (12 Sept ~0930)

Site Visit Robins PMEL- 420 Richard Ray Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098 (13 Sept ~0930)

2. All interested parties are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project. Attendees must pre-register, as walk-ins will not be permitted. Interested parties are to provide name and contact information to the Contracting Office. Interested parties should send registration request including individuals’ names and contact information via email to ACCAMIC.AFECPMELII.Recompete@us.af.mil no later than 18 Aug 2017. Also, please state whether or not individuals can access a military installation without an escort. As space is limited, we request that each company limit the number of individuals attending to no more than two (2) per company. This includes any subcontractors/partners. The Government will not be liable for any expenses incurred by offerors prior to contract award.

3. Government escorts WILL NOT answer questions regarding current contract performance. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer. Please refrain from interfering with workers. Phones, cameras, or any other type of recording devices will not be allowed during the site tour. Personnel identified using or possessing phones/camera will be separated from the group and escorted from the facility.

4. The Government will accept written questions no later than 18 Sep 2017 as a result of the site visit and provide oral answers as best as possible during the site visit. Information captured during the site visit will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov).

Attendance is encouraged but not required to submit a proposal.
