1. Is plastic media the primary use for this requirement?
· Yes, plastic media is the primary use.
2. Are modifications to the building required?
· Ideally, there will not be any modifications made to the building. If you think modifications will be required, please outline them in your proposal.
3. Where should the air shower be located?
· The air shower should be located at the exit of the building.
4. Is a one person or two person air shower required?
· A one person air shower is sufficient.
5. Is the required power/voltage existing in the building?
· All required power is already existing in the building.
6. Should the glass be wire reinforced or safety glass?
· The glass should be safety glass.
7. What is the maximum floor loading weight requirement?
· The maximum weight is 2,000 lbs.
8. Will the existing workstation be removed and reinstalled?
· Yes, the existing workstation should be removed and reinstalled. A new workstation is acceptable as well if it is more cost effective.
9. Does the dust collector have to go inside?
· The dust collector can be located either inside or outside of the building.
10. Are there ramps available for use?
· Yes, there is a ramp that pulls out.
11. Who will be responsible for hauling away hazardous waste?
· The government is responsible for hauling away hazardous waste.
12. Will the chromium be abated prior to disassembly and equipment removal, or will it be the responsibility of the contractor?
· The contractor is responsible for abating the chromium.
13. Does the equipment located behind the building need to be replaced?
· No, the equipment behind the building will not need to be replaced.
14. Is there a required delivery schedule or latest date this needs to be completed?

16. When the old equipment is removed from the building, where does the equipment need to go? How does it need to be set up to be disposed?
