Sample Product List.pdf

This document is a sample material list for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The list identifies 26 distinct items across three primary categories: apparel, textiles, and facility items, all measured in individual units (EA).

The apparel section includes various work and medical garments such as work shirts, executive shirts, coveralls in different fabric compositions (65/35 blend and 100% cotton), work pants, work shorts, work jackets, unisex lab coats, and multiple scrub top and pant styles with specific product numbers. The textile section comprises shop towels, terry towels in three sizes (small, medium, large), and glass/kitchen towels in blue and white. The facility items include wet mops, carpeted mats in three dimensions (3x4, 4x6, and 3x10), a mat-scraper (3x5), and sleeping bags. This material list serves as the foundational reference for establishing pricing, quantities, and delivery terms under the blanket purchase agreement framework.
