Paragraph 7 on that same page provides the Dates of Delivery as 1 Dec 2025 to 30 Nov 2026 for the base period. Please provide the correct period of performance.

Please confirm that offerors having current representations and certifications in SAM do not need to provide them in their quote.
A: If an offeror has completed and the representations and certifications are current in SAM then they do not need to be provided with their quote.
Q5. Solicitation, page 3, paragraph TECHNICAL VOLUME, subparagraph ii, refers to PWS Section 1.4.4.5.
The PWS Section doesn’t exist; please confirm the correct reference should be Section 1.1.4.5.
A: Typo corrected in combo to reflect PWS Section 1.1.4 through 1.1.4.5.
Q6. Please provide the name(s) of any contractors performing this or any part of this requirement and the contract/task order numbers under which they are performing.
A: The current incumbent prime for the effort is Futron, Inc. and is being performed under contract FA487720F0162.
Q7. Reference: Attachment 1, Page 10, Section: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Quoters – Commercial Items) Can the Government please confirm if there are any specific formatting requirements for the Technical Volume and Price Volume (e.g., font size, font type, line spacing, file naming convention, or required section headings)?
A: The reference is incorrect for this question. The location is Attach 1., page 3 (Technical Volume). The government did not add specific formatting requirements to the solicitation. Standard 10-12 pitch is the universal standard.
Q8. Reference: Attachment 1, Page 2, Section 13(c) – Submission Deadline; Should the quote be submitted in PDF format only, or are editable file formats (e.g., Word or Excel) also acceptable for any attachments, such as the Price Matrix?
A: Word, PDF or Excel is acceptable. As a reminder the Price Matrix included in the solicitation from the government should be utilized as part of the Price Volume.

A: There is no preferred method identified. Soft copy or Hard copies of quote submission are acceptable.

Reference: Attachment 2, PWS, Page 2, Section 1.1.3 – Inspector Qualifications; Is the minimum of 5 years of industrial facility inspection experience required for each individual inspector, or can the combined team experience be considered sufficient? Additionally, is prior military facility inspection experience considered equivalent?
A: Yes, the 5-year qualification is for each individual. Additionally, it is up to the contractor per the solicitation requirements to tie “like” experience to the position as part of their corporate experience identified in FAR 52.212-1 Addenda, paragraph ii.

A: The reference is incorrect for this question. The location is Attach 1., page 4 (Technical Acceptability). The fill rate is for the entire term of the contract. So, if the contract was for 5 years, it would be the overall fill rate for the entire term of the contract.
The contractor should include the fill rate for all efforts submitted in their quote for evaluation.
