| 9 | On sheet M0.3 in the Variable Frequency Drive Schedule the Manufacturer/Model numbers show a -1 at the very end of the number, this in not a normal ABB model number, after the -4 which indicates 480V, there would be a +K466 after the -4 indicating the Ethernet Adapter. The part number would look like this: ACH550-VCR-08A8-4+k466 for a 5HP, 480V, NEMA 1 with Bypass and Ethernet Adapter. Please explain and confirm the -1 at the end of the model number. | Guardian Construction Inc. | VFDs specified are the basis of design. Ethernet adaptor is required per VFD schedule note 1. In addition to CQC personnel specified elsewhere in the contract, provide as part of the CQC organization specialized personnel to assist the CQC System Manager for the following areas: electrical, mechanical, structural, environmental, architectural, materials technician, Cx Agent/LEED Specialist. These individuals or specialized technical companies are employees of the prime or subcontractor; be responsible to the CQC System Manager; be physically present at the construction site during work on the specialized personnel's areas of responsibility; have the necessary education or experience in accordance with the experience matrix listed herein.
Is it the intent of the Government for us to budget these personnel to be on-site during the entire duration of work in each specialty area in addition to the full time QC manager? Consequently, adding $millions to the cost of general conditions over the duration of this project.
