Is wheelchair maintenance supposed to be monthly (12 times a year) or was this an oversight?
− Oversight on contracting’s part. Wheelchair maintenance is needed quarterly and annually. PWS and solicitation have been amended accordingly.
What is the final form the document must be in for submission? Will there be a number of hard copies, or just electronically? I could not find the "submit to" address or email.
− IAW Instructions to Offerors, proposal must be made on the current CLIN structure (adjusted). Alternate
CLIN structure is allowed in addition to the requested CLIN structure. Proposals may be submitted electronically to 355CONS.PKBA.Services@us.af.mil.
On the pricing schedule, there is a Contract "Minimum and Maximum" noted‐‐are these numbers intended for the each contract year, or for all 5 years combined?
− The contract min/max is for the entire contract
− The order min/max will be for each individual task order
