Question & Answer
1. I see in this solicitation that the unscheduled services/emergency services/special event services are supposed to be listed as 1 lot, however, it does not state in the PWS an estimate of how many there will be for pricing purposes. I am wondering if I should price it out as a “per service” price.
- The unknown nature of the "emergency" leaves us with no definite quantity only the notice that there may be circumstances where we will need service that is unscheduled.
The contract is going to be set up as an IDIQ, individual task orders will determine the actual amount of services required. All items should be submitted as a "per service" price.
