The Contractor must submit a Comprehensive Recycling Plan (CRP) that provides a listing of the facilities that will be used to process the recyclable materials and any by-products that are generated from the recycling process. A Recycling Facility Questionnaire must be submitted for each facility used to process the recyclable materials. The CRP must also identify the primary process that will be used at each facility which handles the recyclable materials or by-products.
