FA486124R0023 - 99 LRS Packing & Crating Questions

1. Is this agreement only for Oct 2024 – Sep 2025?

Answer: No, this will be a 5-year agreement. The price list will reflect the company’s unit prices that calls will be placed against. Companies have the ability to update their price lists annually.

2. Due to the number of locations, would you be open to a teaming agreement?

Answer: All vendors can subcontract work to other companies. Please be aware, that your company (small business/prime contractor) will not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities (large businesses).

3. What does “Proof of Technical Acceptability” include?

Answer: All vendors submitting a proposal must include documentation that shows they are capable to fulfilling the needs of this requirement. There is no standard format for this. Provide any and all information necessary for the government to determine that your company will be able to perform as described in the PWS and its attachments. In addition, be sure you are including the information requested under “52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors” in the solicitation.
