1. Can you send a CAD file for the this space. If no CAD available even a clearer plan copy that is legible for part #/sizes would be helpful. CAD provided.
2. The plan and description seem to conflict regarding lockers. Plan appears to show lockers at each of the 27 WS as well as the (2) L-shape stations. The items that look like lockers are small file cabinets. Those are not necessary.
3. Monitor arm – 1 or 2 monitors per desk? Our understanding is the plan was for 1 arm.
4. CLIN 003 – Should Desks chairs be provided? Yes, executive rolling chairs for all 27 desks.
Guest Chairs? No additional guest chairs at the 27 workstations.
5. No chairs required for the conference room.
6. CLIN 002 – Should both desk and guest chairs be included? Yes 1 Executive rolling chair for desk, 2 non-rolling leather guest chairs each for the 3 offices.
7. Is furniture to be removed similar in characteristics and quantity to new furniture? Provided inventory if possible. Yes furniture needs to be removed. Taking out a lot less (half or so) than what is being installed. 10 desks, 2 conference tables, and minor desk accessories (middle and end panels) being removed.
8. End panels for (27) WS appear to the 50” tall. Should the panels between stations be the same? Yes.
9. Is the contractor responsible for providing electrician to connect power whips from panels to GSA’s power source in wall? Must provide industry standard for “installation”.
10. Are connections required in the conference table or just a grommet in the table? If connections required, What types of connections? Power source if possible.
11. Is there a dump on base or are we taking to storage on base? There are no dumps in the area and would have to take to a dump that is not close to much expense. Contractor will coordinate to have a roll-away dumpster delivered to the location and removed when done for disposing of the old desks.
12. This is being done all at once, removal then install. No phase due to new carpet or anything, correct? Everything removed and installed at the same time. No phase.
