(Solicitation #FA485524Q0031) Question: Are there any incumbent or similar contracts the government used as a reference for this solicitation that might assist the contractor in determining the government's pricing expectations?

Answer: Similar contracts from Cannon AFB:

FA485522P0034 - S2A Solutions, LLC

FA485522P0021 - S2A Solutions, LLC

Question: In reference to the Leadership Workshops, does the government have the facilities available to run multiple (15/20) person workshops simultaneously, and if so, how many?

Answer: Up to six at a time.

Question: “6.6. Provide report of planned instructional hours, IE: syllabi within 30 days of contract award.”

In order to create the seminars based on the ONA results as outline in the PWS, delivering a competed syllabi within 30 days from contract award is not feasible. Recommend rephrasing to "30 days from completion of ONA."

Answer: See updated PWS.

Question: 6.3. Publication and delivery of an ONA within 30 days of contract award.

The development of the ONA is reliant on the feasibility of conducting the data collection and focus groups prior to. In order to meet the timeline of 30 days, we would require the units be available to conduct data collection and focus groups within 2 weeks from contract award. This would allow our team 2 weeks to develop and publish the ONA properly.

Answer: See updated PWS.

Question: Are there limitations beyond the normal FAR requirements for the use of subcontractors outside the US? In particular, one of the ONA companies we partner with is HQ in Hungary.

Answer: Subcontractors would need to follow all normal FAR requirements.
