1) Would you mind confirming that this is/isn’t a full time position? It states in the Performance Work Statement that “The Government will determine the number of hours required each week” and later “a total of 8 hours will be performed in one calendar day for a maximum of forty (40) hours a week.” For pricing should we assume the position is 40 hours a week?
Response: Please assume that the position is for 40 hours a week. The Government will determine the weekly schedule based on student demand but contractor is expected to work a maximum of forty (40) hours per week.
2) Are contractors required to use the SCA wage determination for this opportunity? If so, please clarify which job title contractors should use for services required?
Response: Yes, contractors are required to abide by the SCA wage determination. The job title applicable to this opportunity is Test Proctor.
3) Will the government provide SOFA or Logistical support for this role?
Response: No, the government will not provide SOFA or any logistical support. The extent of government support will be limited to a designated working area, telephone, computer, and incidental materials necessary to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
