CATM services at Cannon AFB, NM- Q&As

1. Are photos available? Yes, photos can be made available upon request.

2. When was the range built? The range was placed in service in 1961. The Bullet

Trap/DCU was placed in service in 2012.

3. When was it last serviced and cleaned? 5-6 August 2020

4. Indoor or outdoor range? Outdoor; mostly enclosed/covered.

5. When were the DCU filters last changed? 2018

6. What is the current DCU pressure reading? Will check when pictures are taken.

7. What are the specifications and quantities of DCU filters? 20 x Part Number

22111/22211 ordered through Air Cleaning Technologies (ACT).

8. Who is disposing of the waste? Government

9. Who is providing the waste containers? Government

10. What are the filter specifications on the air barrier system? 2 x Grainger Part Number

6B924 General Use Pleated Air Filter, 24x24x2, MERV 8, High Capacity, Synthetic, Beverage Board; 2 x Grainger Part Number 6B614 HEPA Air Filter, 24 in x 24 in x 11- 1/2 in, 99.97 %, Microglass.

11. Is on site storage available? Depends on what type of storage is being requested.

12. Typically HEPA filters are replaced yearly. Typically when do these need to be replaced? When the gauge reads 9” of water column.

13. Is the compressor oil part of this quote? Oil will be obtained IAW Para 1.2.21.

14. 4.11.1 Melrose AFB? Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR) is not included in this requirement. MAFR is only referenced because it is included in the overall Environmental guide.

15. Is this a new requirement? If not, please provide the incumbent contract number, contractor, and value. This is a follow-on contract. Currently a BPA under FA4855-16- A-0007 to E.N. Range, Inc. (CAGE: 1MQV1).
