This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the repair or replacement of a power divider assembly on a Flightline Crash Firetruck at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.

The contract involves the removal, inspection, and repair or replacement of the power divider assembly (Part Number 3811870, Serial Number 10TBKAK168S104292) for a 2008 P-19 Oshkosh 1,500-gallon Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicle to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards using genuine OEM parts. The work is necessitated by a critical internal failure identified during routine maintenance, including metallic contamination found in the system fluid and fragmented spring assemblies. The contractor must provide flatbed transportation to pick up the vehicle from Moody AFB (buildings 977/983) and return it upon completion. Key scope items include comprehensive power divider system inspection for cracks and gear damage, battery maintenance or disconnection during the repair period, resealing with OEM-recommended sealants, and torquing all fasteners to OEM specifications. The contractor must also handle body panel alignment, hose routing and pressure testing, electrical harness routing with full functionality verification, and comprehensive post-repair operational testing to ensure zero leaks and OEM-standard pump performance. The contractor must provide a 12-month comprehensive warranty covering all parts and labor, with a requirement to respond to and complete warranty claims within ten working days, and must provide lead time status updates on parts availability and repair progress. The deliverable is a fully operational vehicle restored to OEM standards and ready for immediate service placement.
