93 Air Ground Operations Wing (93 AGOW)

Support to Air Force Special Warfare Training

29 Apr- 7 May 2024

1.0 Scope. Numerous Commanders have identified and are concerned with a lack of formal, tactical leadership development offered to the AFSPECWAR/TACP NCOs & CGOs. Therefore, the scope of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to fill gaps in tactical leadership. This course shall include instruction in tactical leadership, troop leading procedures, and hasty/deliberate tactical planning meeting the

TACP/AFSPECWAR CFETP, Mission Essential Task (MET), AFMAN, and current DOD leadership trends. Target audience for this class is Company Grade Officers and mid-level Non-Commissioned

Officers in the Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) community. This course shall offer a week-long training option that blends Ranger School and Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course

(RSLC). It is critical that our young leaders enhance skills already required in our CFETPs, METs and

AFMAN such as MDMP, troop leading procedures, area and zone reconnaissance, and hasty/planned five paragraph OPORD.
