Questions & Answers:

1. Please clarify items A and F : 2.2.3.2 Task 3.2 (B1230 Asphalt Parking)

Mill and Overlay asphalt parking area. Area is approximately 6,430 SY.

A.Remove parking blocks

B.Mill 1 inch of existing asphalt pavement

C.Prepare milled surface for overlay

D.Place 1 inch of SP9.5 asphalt pavement

E.Paint new pavement markings to match existing

F.Replace parking blocks

Task 3.2 is intended to rehabilitate the Building 1230 parking lot which contains existing parking blocks (stops). The existing parking blocks will need to be removed (item A) in order to perform the mill and overlay procedures and reinstalled (item F) upon completion of the rehabilitation work. Existing parking blocks may be reused.

2. Please clarify items Camp Eagle Road. Would a silt fence require along the road at Camp

Eagle Road?

Per Section 3.8 of the Statement of Work, Contractor shall plan, construct, operate, maintain, optimize, and commission systems necessary to control any storm water run‐on and runoff. At a minimum, the Contractor shall employ best management practices consistent with the Florida

Development Manual, Chapter 6, Stormwater and Erosion and Sediment Control Best

Management Practices for Developing Areas. In summary, silt fence or other means shall be employed where and to the extent necessary to prevent migration of materials from the work area.
