Questions and Answers 2:

1. Will the Contractor has access to all sites after NTP, or will the areas be given in multiple phases?

GOV: Concurrent work is acceptable. Please refer to SOW for details on the phasing, notification, operational, and coordination requirements.

2. Will any Sod / Hydroseed be required on the project?

GOV: Restoration of disturbed landscape is required. The quantity required will be dependent upon the contractors level of care during the construction process.
