Delivery requires commercial vehicles to proceed to the Search Gate area with a sponsor; items will be directed to Building 203 Supply Warehouse. No receiving dock with forklift is available, and no dumpster will be provided for disposal of shipping materials.

Q: Is the MacDill AFB Tax Exempt?
A: Yes, Macdill is Tax Exempt
Q: What throughput does 6 SFS expect the system to support during peak periods?
Approximately how many individuals per hour need to be screened?
A: Peak hours are from 06-11 Tanker Way Gate, per hour approximately 60 need to be screened. At the Visitor Control Center peak hours are 0600-1400 with approx. 300 total and 40 per hour

A: No, SFS does not have a receiving dock with a forklift, the delivery would not need a drop gate, the sponsor will identify the item to Bldg. 203 supply Wearhouse.

Q: The Statement of Need specifies a brand name or equal CEIA OPENGATE 108961- LTE-WIFI. Confirm that an equal product meeting the stated minimum configuration will be evaluated and identify the characteristics that govern equality.
A: All equal products that are in the competitive price range will be evaluated. Please refer to the SON for minimum requirements.
Q: The Statement of Need requires orientation and training on delivery. Confirm whether that is included within CLIN 0001 or is a separately priced line item.
A: Please follow the CLIN schedule and include all pricing in CLIN 0001
