Deliveries are scheduled between June 1 and September 30, 2026, using a two-step coordination process: 10-day advance notification of potential delivery dates and day-before confirmation of final orders. The HMA requirement specifies 8,001 tons of Intermediate Course, Type B with PG 67-22 binder, delivered at a minimum of 290 degrees Fahrenheit, with possible night and weekend deliveries. The Contractor must provide approximately 1,960 gallons of bituminous tack coat and 6,200 gallons of prime coat for transportation and application. The Contractor bears all costs for rejected non-conforming material removal within 24 hours and must comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations, Avon Park Air Force Range requirements, and site cleanliness standards. Failure to comply may result in stop-work orders.
