About this file
This document is a Base Pass Request Template for MacDill Air Force Base. It provides instructions and requirements for sponsors to request base access for visitors to attend an event at the base. Key details include:
The template requires visitors' full legal names, driver's license information, event details, and sponsor contact information. Specific requirements are outlined, such as submitting the request at least 3 business days in advance, maximum visit length of 5 days, and mandatory vehicle inspection. Non-U.S. citizens have additional vetting requirements. The template also notes that base access is ultimately determined by the on-duty gate guard, and the Visitor Control Center does not intervene with gate decisions.
The related federal contract opportunity is for Elevator Repair Services at MacDill AFB, with a Statement of Work dated October 24, 2024. The contracting agency is the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command.
