Yoga Instructor Questions

1. What’s the previous contract amount and is there an incumbent?

The previous contract was awarded to Alight Yoga, LLC and was awarded with a base year with 4 option years for a total of $33,600.00.

2. Will yoga mats/props be supplied, or will instructor be responsible for providing this?

We will NOT provide yoga mats since we do not have them – but we have turf fields indoor and outdoor – and that is where the yoga is currently being done.

3. Last paragraph of SOW, “Military and Veteran specific training and certification”, what exactly are you looking for with reference to this?

This is no longer a requirement and will be removed from the SOW. A revised version of the SOW will be posted.

4. The SOW lists 2 different times (6:30a & 12:00p) for the yoga class but the contract specifies ONE yoga class per week. Can this discrepancy be clarified?

The customer is requesting 2 one-hour classes a week at 0630 – for Wednesday and Fridays. This will also be updated on the SOW.

5. Do you allow subcontracting?

Yes, subcontracting is allowed.

You can submit your proposals by filling out the RFQ and submitting your technical compliance/solution (both are required). Proposals can be submitted via email to either faith.zerber@us.af.mil or cody.overstreet@us.af.mil.
