1. Is this a new requirement or an exis�ng requirement?
Answer: This is a follow-on effort for expired contract # FA481421P0005. Previous contract holder was AccuHire.com Corp. Previous award (Base with 2 op�on years) was awarded for
$72,000.00.
2. How many incumbents are there performing this work?
Answer: Previous contract holder was AccuHire.com Corp.
3. What are the incumbent names, contract #s, and revenues received under the incumbent contract?
Answer: This is a follow-on effort for expired contract # FA481421P0005. Previous contract holder was AccuHire.com Corp. Previous award (Base with 2 op�on years) was awarded for
$72,000.00.
4. How many FTEs were on the previous contract? Has the PWS Changed?
Answer: Previous contract holder was AccuHire.com Corp. PWS has not changed. This is a performance based effort and a number of FTE’s will not be specified.
5. What did you like about the previous contract? Dislikes?
Answer: The vendor does an outstanding job mee�ng the training objec�ves. We have no complaints with his services.
6. What is the es�mated budget for this opportunity?
Answer: Budget informa�on will not be released.
7. What are your Key Performance Indicators?
Answer: Reference PWS Sec�on 6.
8. Will subcontractor past performance be considered equal to prime contractor past performance?
Answer: Past performance informa�on is not being requested.
9. The PWS indicates that there are 4 trainings per year, however, it does not appear to indicate which sessions are virtual and which are on-site. Will you please specify?
Answer: Correct, Government will determine which training sessions will be onsite and which one will be held virtually. The schedule is coordinated with the vendor.
10. PWS Item 11, Training Schedule: Does the Government expect the same curriculum for each training session or different modules for each of the training sessions? Due to the extensive material detailed in the PWS combined with the 4-hour class dura�on (PWS 5.10), 60% instruc�on presenta�on and 40% prac�cal exercises, roleplaying and instruc�on and familiariza�on of the Contractor’s automated program, online applica�on, or database. (PWS
5.8) and student assessment, using each session to address different modules would allow for a more comprehensive curriculum.
Answer: The Government expect the same curriculum for each training session with the expecta�on that training objec�ves as described in the SOW are met.
11. PWS 5.5, Conduct developmental feedback to non-selected applicants. Does this requirement apply to all applicants or current personnel applying for a new/different posi�on?
Answer: Apply to non-selected applicants that are current personnel.
12. PWS 5.6 The instructor-led virtual live webinar training. Is this training included in the 4 sessions listed in PWS 11 or in addi�on to those sessions?
Answer: The training is included in the 4 sessions listed in PW 11.
13. PWS 5.6, Video clips of key topics will be included to help users understand and retain important selec�on concepts. Does the Government provide these video clips?
Answer: The expecta�on is for the vendor to provide all training material including any video clips.
14. PWS 5.7 Is there a current or available LMS environment? If so, what is the name of the LMS? If not, is the contractor required to procure COTS (commercial over the shelf) solu�on, or custom design one? What technical requirements would be necessary for approval?
Answer: I don’t know what LMS is. Training sessions and training materials must be accessible to par�cipants.
15. PWS 5.8 What format does the database deliverable need to be? Is there a current applica�on being u�lized? If the contractor is required to provide COTS solu�on, what would be the number of licenses necessary?
Answer: Training materials and products must be accessible to all par�cipants.
16. Post-lecture support. How does the Government expect this to be scoped by student, class or contract dura�on?
Answer: By contract dura�on.
17. Does the Government require cer�fica�on awards for class comple�on? If yes, what is a passing grade? Does the expect Government trainee assessments per module or course comple�on?
Answer: No
18. Are there any exis�ng videos, texts, content, etc. we will need to integrate into the database? If so, in what format will it be provided to the contractor?
Answer: Yes. Content must be in accordance with Federal and internal regulatory guidance
(SOW paragraph 5.1).
19. Up to how many billable hours will be allowed for discovery/understanding branding needs of systems, cer�ficates, etc.?
Answer: This is a firm fixed price effort. Pricing submited should reflect all costs required to perform IAW the PWS.
20. Are there any parts of the current interview process or database or program that you all DO NOT in par�cular that you know is not serving you well?
Answer: No.
