1. Q: Does it have to be a total IP/SIP solution or will there be any analog endpoints?

A: Analog, as we will be utilizing fiber ports.

2. Q: Will we be leveraging an existing phone system or switch, or is this a completely standalone solution?

A: Completely standalone system.

3. Q: Are you looking for a total IP/SIP solution or will the endpoints all be Analog?

A: Analog, as we will be utilizing fiber ports.

4. Q: Specifications indicate there are 30 ports required, are all of them going to be phones, or will some of them be sirens, strobe lights, PA system, etc. Can you describe them? (For example; 25 phones, 1 siren, 3 strobes and 1 PA System).

A: All should be phone systems with push-to-talk capabilities.

5. Q: Are there more than 1 set of preset emergency groups that could be called? (For example; 1 set of numbers for a particular emergency situation and another set of numbers for a different emergency situation) If so, how many groups of numbers are there?

A: We need the same group for all emergencies.

6. Q: Do you need phones supplied? If so, how many? How many Initiator phones will you need?A:

We need all phones supplied. We currently require 16 in total; however, our current system has ports for up to 24 agencies. We would be looking for something similar in the chance that we need to add agencies.
