Questions/Answers Deployment Gear BPA FA481423TF135
1. Regarding the items requested on the BPA, are suitable alternates allowed or do you require pricing based on these item numbers only?
ANSWER: We are willing to accept a product swap as long as the item is comparable. The stock or NSN does not have to be identical but the product needs to be the same.
2. Is there a requirement for Berry compliance or will TAA suffice?
ANSWER: The Berry Amendment applies and since that is the case, TAA compliance applies as well.
