1. Are Scaled Drawings available, if so please post.

Scaled drawings are available of the building, but it doesn’t have the camera locations on them.

2. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid?

Both.

3. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings?

Yes, but no wiring will need to be ran, utilizing existing wiring.

4 .Can Existing Wiring be utilized?

Yes.

5. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required?

No UPS is required.

6. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed?

Yes.

7. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable?

Unsure what “Plenum Wire” is.

8. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no add’l cost to the Gov’t?

Yes if needed, would prefer work be accomplished between 0800-1700

9. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any)

8 foot

10. Please provide/post other “Q & A” requests.

11 .Please provide a list of equipment to be installed.

Replacing current equipment in 5 buildings.

Current setup is 16 cameras in each building, attached to DVR system via BNC/Siamese cables.

Suppling 2 55” monitors to act as a central location in the main office to view all 5 camera systems from.(as well as a commercial PC if needed to access the systems)
