FA481420TF084 – CDDAR Trailer Q&A
Q: Interior height required?
A: We set the interior height at 85”
Q: With generator do you need auto transfer switch or electrical convertor?
A: With the generator we will supply a 30 gallon belly mounted fuel tank. The tank will include a fuel sending unit and will supply fuel directly to the generator. No need for a transfer pump. The unit will provide power to a panel box mounted inside the trailer. Power will be distributed from there to the various lights and outlets inside and outside. No need for a power converter.
Q: in a trailer of this nature the gooseneck is usually enclosed. Is this acceptable
In this case the generator is in the enclosed gooseneck vented to the exterior and sealed off from the rest of the trailer. Ok?
A: While the gooseneck portion of the trailer is normally enclosed, for this application we left it open and mounted the generator for maximum ventilation. It will be housed in the factory provided enclosure.
Q: Surface mount LED scene lights acceptable in lieu of 500 W recessed quartz. Last longer and much brighter and don’t penetrate inside of trailer?
A: That is correct and is a change we can easily make.
Q: 30 or 50 amp service?
A: 30 Amp
