Statement of Work

For

6th/927th Fuel Shop Cargo Trailer

Macdill AFB, Tampa Fl

STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

PURCHASE OF ANVIL CARGO TRAILER

AT MACDILL AFB, FL

SECTION 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 SCOPE OF WORK (SOW)

1.1.1 The contractor will provide an Indigo Blue 8.5 x 16 TANDEM AXLE CARGO TRAILER or equal item that is with-in the specifications needed per T.O 1-1-3. This trailer will be setup so that the 6th/927th MXS fuel shop will be able to perform open fuel system maintenance at assigned designated alternate fuel spots when needed. The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing the trailer with everything needed according to the purchase order (minus tools), to be able to put into service.

1.2 SPECIFIC TASKS:

1.2.1 Contractor shall provide the trailer with a steel transition plate, Bogey wheels, dual axle electric brakes with free wheel backing (10k capacity), and 5200lb Dexter/Lippert torsion axles with 225 radial tires. In addition, a 15” 225 radial spare tire will be provided and on spare tire rack mounted to (front) A-Frame.

1.2.2 Contractor shall provide one Adrian steel shelf 48”w x 60h” x 24”d, with a wood counter top, a ten foot E-track for one wall and two on each side of the floor with a steel backer, four frame welded D-rings, tube side walls. In addition, the contractor will install a partition wall with 32” hinged door (3/8” plywood both sides-lockable) with a second handle on the ramp door, and 36” and 32” RV side doors. The contractor shall also fabricate a mounting system for the hose reels. The mounting system will hold the reels stationary facing the driver side exterior wall, making them accessible through the 32” RV door installed behind the main 36” door.

Finally, the contractor will fabricate a 24”w x 60”h x 24”d shelving unit with a wood counter top.

1.2.3 The contractor shall provide two 7000 lb. drop leg (pair), #87 Curt b12” adjustable ball mount, manual tongue jack, sand foot on jack, grounding plate, and cast corners (flat front & flat top).

1.2.4 The contactor shall provide a 15 BTU Air Conditioning (A/C) Unit with heat strips, wire and brace for A/C, 2-way sidewall vent- Aluminum (set of two) mounted on either side of trailer.

1.2.5 The contactor will provide the interior with one overhead cabinet, a 15” x 30” radius window with t-slider, twenty-seven pieces of L.T.F. White metal on walls and ceiling, base cabinet (desk with drawers), sixteen pieces of L.T.F. ceiling insulation-must cover, sixteen pieces of L.T.F. wall insulation, and RTP Ramp & Flap.

1.2.6 The contractor will provide 2 110 volt GFI exterior and 6 interior receptacles, one 110 volt interior switch, and four each 4’ LED lights. In addition, the contractor will provide a 50 amp panel box with a 50 amp motor base and a 25’ long life line extension cord.

SECTION 2.0 SERVICES SUMMARY

All work, contractor is responsible for accomplishing all agreed upon items in accordance with this SOW and be completed within the specified date agreed upon by both parties.

The trailer will be delivered to MXS, 1071 Blackbird St. Bldg 1071, Tampa, FL 33621.
