1. Question: On page 48 of solicitation PDF attachment under the evaluation criteria says “Price, technical proposal, Past Performance. See addendum.” – I am not seeing an addendum for a technical proposal. Do you have a format preference, or do you just want us to provide the data requested on page 45 in our own format?

Answer: The addendum mentioned on page 48 is the information provided on pages 47-48 under the title “Evaluation Factors for Award”, Item 3 is the Technical Factor. Provide data in your own format.

1. Question: Can you please share the procedure to get on/off base for the technicians. How long will this process take each visit? Will they be able to bring their van onsite?

Answer: If awarded the contract the Government will coordinate paperwork to allow technicians to have a pass to come and go as needed. The initial visit (or can be done ahead of time) may take 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of people at the Visitors center. See DAFFARS 5352.242-9000 Contractor Access to Department of the Air Force Installations.

1. Question: Could you supply us with the name of the incumbent and the amount by year in the current contract?

Answer: The HP Group LLC. 211 East Divine Street, Dunn NC 28334. Contract price: Total Price. $246,318.12. This total included five (5) years of Preventive Maintenance and $37,261.00 of over and above work.

1. Question: Can you send photos of the mechanical rooms for each elevator?

Answer: Please see attached for pictures of rooms not seen during the site visit. Pictures for Building 4440 and 4517 are not allowed.

1. Question: Since there will be an extension on the bid due date, can you also extend the date for delivery of Attachment 4?

Answer: Please see revised Attachment 4.

1. Question: Is third party inspection handled separately from this contract?

Answer: No.

1. Question: When was the Category 5 (5-year testing) completed at your facility.

Answer: During the calendar year 2020
