Text version

Will the vendor of TTC provide support?

Who are you considering the vendor of TTC? We purchase our TTC units from different vendors depending on the version, but the Distro consoles are through Forcepoint/Everfox.

Is there an Application and/or Database Server?

Yes, one of our applications needs a database server, but we don’t have a standalone application server.

What version of TTC are you on at the moment?

2.2.3.0 Can this be performed during normal business hours or after hours?

Yes.

Who supports the VDI environment, will they be available during the upgrade?

That’s not as direct a question as you may think. We have multiple VDI environments, Everfox supports the servers for all of them, and then we have a different supporting entity for each of the applications Are all devices at the same location or is there remote locations and cloud servers?

Per the SOW there are devices at Shaw AFC and Al’udeid AFB covered by this effort.
