About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for portable latrines and handwashing stations. The Air Force Air Combat Command is seeking these services for special events, emergencies, and construction projects at Shaw Air Force Base. The contractor must initially fill portable latrines with water and provide weekly cleaning and maintenance for six units permanently stationed at the base. Additional units must be supplied as needed and receive urgent servicing within three days if requested. The requirement is for five men's latrines with two urinals and three toilets each, and five women's latrines. Generators may be necessary to power equipment away from utility lines. The incumbent contractor is EDL Enterprise. The minimum value of the agreement is $250,000 to be awarded through indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity calls as needed. The first requests for services under the agreement are anticipated in November or December 2023.
