1. Do we need to quote Davis Bacon Wages for this project? No, this requirement does not fall under Construction

1. When is the base looking to have the new playground installed? Next year after holiday season.

2A. demo of the current playground would likely happen before the installation of the new playground. No – Current playground is not being demolished at this time and is not part of this requirement

I see the square footage of the area listed but do you have the length and width of the space?

Racquetball, Bldg.588 and found a value of Width-19ft11inches.

Length-40ft and Height-20ft.

1. What is the height clearance inside the building? 20ft

1. Will we need to provide surfacing material under the play equipment? Yes, we want some cushioning like interlocking mats/tiles below the equipment.

1. What does access to this space look like? Center is open 5AM to 9PM (7ft door, 3ft wide)

1. Please confirm the request that the height be no more than 9ft high (leadership wants majority 1 level playground - reason for height restriction)

1. The SOO states the playground should have height of no more than 9 inches. Can you confirm if this is actually 9 Feet? Yes that is correct - 9 feet.

1. If drilling into the floor needs to take place, can we drill 2 inches - 6 inches deep into the flooring? Yes, you can drill up to 6 inches deep into the flooring.

1. Can you please confirm that the sub floor in that court area is at least 2"-6" No, we cannot confirm the sub-floor is 2”-6” deep as as-built drawings are not currently available But similar bolts have been placed on other RB courts for safety and structural integrity of rigs.

1. Is this job tax exempt? Yes, on Holloman AFB and will a tax certificate be provided once awarded? A tax exemption can be provided if requested. Additionally, tax is applicable to labor in New Mexico.

1. Is the job Net30, Net120? NET 30 is the standard payment. However, vendor has the option to propose their own payment terms.
