MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

FROM: 49 CONS/PKA

SUBJECT: Pre-Proposal/Site Visit Minutes, Solicitation Number FA480119QA006, Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE, aka Elevators) Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs

1. The pre-proposal meeting for subject solicitation was held at 07:30am (MST) on Tuesday, 20 August 2019. The following individuals listed below were in attendance:

2. SrA Alison Sowka and the rest of the Government team greeted two interested party representatives at Holloman's Visitor Center at 07:30 a.m (MT). There was a bus which transported everyone onto the installation and to the locations to be visited during the visit.

3. SrA Sowka opened the Pre-Proposal Briefing by greeting and welcoming all parties. She then introduced all members of the Government Team. Moreover, she mentioned that if the Contractors had any questions, they should send an email with all questions in writing to the Government Team and be received no later than 12-noon on Wednesday, 21 August 2019. Supplemental: No questions were received by any member of the Government team in reference to this solicitation.

4. Mr. Ronnie Agustin guided the visit to six Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) units throughout base. The buildings/units observed during this visit were:

(1) bldg 842, wheelchair lift;

(2) bldg 864, passenger;

(3) bldg 1161, dumbwaiter;

(4) bldg 105, freight;

(5) bldg 318, passenger;

(6) bldg 222, passenger.

5. Mr. Dale Woosley addressed the agenda of the site visit and provided summarized information pulled from within the PWS while in transit between sites. This information emphasized PWS material identified as worth reiterating to interested parties. Mr. Woosley also referenced a list of recent modernizations and repairs performed under the current contract for context on “over & above” services.

6. The following information is from the Site Visit:

Attachment 2: A list of “over & above” repairs and modernizations recently performed under the current contract

Attachment 3: A summary of the PWS and contract details provided as background information;

all material listed in the agenda is noted from within the PWS

7. Immediately following the visit to bldg 222’s passenger unit, the Site Visit concluded at the Visitor’s Center at precisely10:00a.m. (MST).
