About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying details related to a Protestant Music Services solicitation (FA480026R0005) for the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command at Fort Eustis, VA.

The requirement is structured as a base year with four option years, representing an ongoing recurring service rather than a one-time engagement. The contractor shall provide instrumental organ music to support the congregation during Traditional Protestant Services at Regimental Memorial Chapel. The individual performing the service must audition personally, though the document does not explicitly prohibit subcontracted performance by a designated organist. Personnel performing the service must obtain base access at Fort Eustis and will be subject to a background check prior to receiving credentials. Specific scheduling and frequency details for the Mass services are referenced in the Performance Work Statement, which should be consulted for exact performance requirements. No other pricing terms, response dates, award dates, or set-aside information is provided in this Q&A document.
