About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal solicitation FA480026Q0105. The document addresses three inquiries from potential contractors regarding scope and requirements for what appears to be a ceiling remediation project.

The Q&A clarifies that the Government will provide ceiling tiles and that contractors should not expect to source or supply them. Regarding insulation, the Government indicates that while insulation may be present in the ceiling, the contractor team will not be required to replace it, even if contaminated rodent droppings are evident. On the matter of rodent entry point sealing and source identification, the Government explicitly states that entry points will not need to be sealed as part of the contract scope. These responses establish clear boundaries on the work requirements and contractor responsibilities for this solicitation.
