About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a paintball concessionaire contract opportunity issued by the Air Force (Solicitation No FA480026Q0064) under the Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) program. The document does not contain specific contract award dates, pricing terms, or response deadlines, as it serves solely to clarify key operational and administrative requirements for prospective contractors.
The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment and supplies required for paintball operations and must maintain a minimum staffing level of two field officials during operating hours. All required permits, safety certifications, and installation-specific recreational regulations are detailed in the Statement of Work Paragraph 2.1 and Appendix A. Operating hours are outlined in SOW paragraph 4.1, with peak usage occurring during weekends. This is not a brand-new contract; the previous contract number was FA480021H0002, indicating there is an incumbent contractor whose services are being rebid.
