About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a Mobile LED Screen Rental solicitation for the 2025 Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Airshow. The document clarifies that this is a brand new contract with no incumbent.
The technical requirements specify that the mobile LED screen must be visible from 250 feet, measure 17 x 10, be TAA compliant, and interface with the sound system. The contractor must provide their own power and transportation for the screen. Content will be created by Air Show staff with contractor consultation, while camera feed will be handled by the government. The contract requires livestreaming capability and audio coverage for the entire show line and spectator area. The government will provide camera feed to be displayed on the screen, with the option to include live video, though camera support details are still being determined. A layout of the stage setup area is referenced as being attached in a separate document.
