Offerors must schedule an audition where they will play two musical selections on the chapel's piano or pipe organ, demonstrating performance and sight-reading skills. The award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who receives an "Acceptable" rating in all technical subfactors, with the government evaluating a minimum of the three lowest-priced proposals for technical acceptability.
