1. 86" monitor removed from SOO

2. Second monitor removed from SOO

3. Clarification on the digital classification signage. Do you need one with a world clock incorporated?

ANSWER: Yes

4. Clarification on VTC vs. Teams/web-based conferencing. Do you need a VTC codec for SIPR and an AV bridge for NIPR and SIPR?

ANSWER: VTC codec for SIPR and an AV bridge for NIPR and SIPR needed.

5. Clarification on docking. Do you need connections for the PCs, but not docks specifically?

ANSWER: Docking station not required, will be using a SIPR and NIPR tower. If docking station is needed, it will be provided by the unit. Docking station removed from SOO.

6. Please clarify if any monitors need to be replaced?

ANSWER: We are reusing 86” Samsung, Model QB86R-N. Currently the monitor is just an extension of whichever laptop is on the docking station. Dual monitors are not required (expecting MS Teams)

7.Do you want the ability to perform computer based VTC using MS Teams or Zoom for NIPR and SIPR?

ANSWER: Must have ethernet connection for NIPRnet and SIPRnet available. MS teams is on our systems for both NIPR and SIPR.Government will provide TACLANE and network connections

8. Does the room have current speakers and amplifier?

ANSWER: Speakers are in the ceiling, wiring is unclear. We would like to price a full new system, to remove and replace current speakers. There is NOT an amplifier.

9. How many cameras do you require?

ANSWER: 1 in the front

10. How many exterior doors to the outside in the room? Determines amount of message signs required for classification message ANSWER: There is only 1 door

11. Do you require audio counter measures as well? White noise ANSWER: No

12. Do you require world clock, if so what time zones and how many?

ANSWER: Yes, zones would be Local, PST/PDT, Zulu, Italy, Okinawa

13. How many inputs for the room? One NIPR Computer and One SIPR computer, do you want to share the same connection and bring in the device for the classification?

ANSWER: We can share the connection and bring in appropriate classification laptop.

14. Do you require a BYOD connection? To connect any computer for presentation only to show on monitors ANSWER: Yes, we do require ability to bring our own laptop, or visitors

15. Where does the government want to store the A/V equipment? Rolling Rack, Rack inside a new podium, Credenza with equipment rack ANSWER: Storage will be in the room. Any of the suggested solutions would be acceptable. We require a finished/professional appearance.

16. Currently does the projector and current monitor work. Do you want both integrated if not replaced? If so, can you provide make and model of projector.

ANSWER: There isn’t a projector in place. The monitor does work and is ran by docking station and laptop… HDMI cables.

17. How many control touch panels for the room? One at Head of table and one for podium or admin desk? 10 inch or 7 inches ANSWER: Please provide 2 control panels, 1 at head of table and 1 at admin desk. Currently “admin” works from dock at mid-table.

18. Since SIPR is involved should we follow JTIC, TEMPEST, STIG, APL approved Devices and TAA Compliance for this system design?

ANSWER: Yes
