About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA469026R0006, issued by the U.S. Air Force (FA4690) at Ellsworth Air Force Base on May 20, 2026. The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from June 10, 2026 to June 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM MDT and updates the site visit registration deadline from May 26 to May 22, 2026 at 4:30 PM MDT. The site visit itself remains scheduled for May 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at Ellsworth AFB, limited to two personnel per offeror. The solicitation is for support services related to the Integrated Base Defense Establishment of a Closed Restricted Network to Support the Electronic Security System, with evaluation based on price, technical approach, and past performance.
The amendment modifies two cybersecurity requirements clauses (252.204-7025 and 252.204-7021) to reflect current Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement standards (November 2025 version). Contractors must maintain a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) status or higher for all information systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal contract information or controlled unclassified information. Contractors must provide CMMC unique identifiers in proposals, complete annual affirmations of continuous compliance in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), and flow down equivalent requirements to subcontractors. The amendment also adds Attachment 6 (ESS_Questions and Answers) and removes one line from the site visit reporting instructions. Offerors must submit proposals in three parts (price, technical, and past performance) via email to designated Air Force contacts, with pricing held firm for 120 calendar days. RFI submissions are due by June 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM MDT.
