1. What are the changes from the Statement of Work attached to solicitation no.

FA469024Q0066?

a. The changes included removing several paragraphs that were deemed not applicable and adding the relocation of furniture to para 1.3.

2. How much furniture needs moved? Can you share photos of the furniture needing to be relocated?

a. Please see “Attach 4 – Furniture Photos”.

3. Is there a requirement for asbestos testing before removing the adhesive or has testing been completed?

a. There is no requirement for asbestos testing. The building has already been 100% abated.

4. Will the building be occupied during construction?

a. Areas being replaced will not be occupied. People will be moving to other parts of the building while work is completed.

5. Is the work expected to be phased?

a. The work does not have to be phased, but furniture will likely need to be moved to other areas where carpet replacement is being done so there will likely be an organized timeline of replacing each area.

6. There’s no mention of specific types or brands for the replacement carpet or vinyl tile. Can you provide specifications for the materials they expect us to use?

a. There is no specific type or brand that must be used. You must submit a data sheet of the proposed materials that meet the specifications in “Section 5” of the Statement of Work.
