The system must prevent co-mingling of items, manage minimum and maximum stock levels, and flag items for restocking. It must also control lot numbers and shelf life for expired items. Search options are needed for NSN, nomenclature, and part numbers. The hardware requires 64 modular lockers for larger items and 12 drawers, with an accessory to dispense multiple quantities. A one-year commercial warranty is required. The software must manage inventory, issues, and reports for at least 1,000 bins and 30 days of issues history. Vendors must provide documentation, testing plans, and training upon installation. The system must meet Air Force requirements for storage, marking, and records of parts on order.
