24 May 2022

1. Under the delivery schedule it states that the period of performance is from 13 June 2022 to 12 July 2022. Does this mean that the works needs to start during this time period, or does the work need to be completed in this time period? The 30 day period of performance from 13 June 2022‐ 12 July 2022 was built from the date of anticipated contract award and the date the project has to be completed.

However if the contract is awarded prior to 13 June 2022 the awardee may begin performance immediately but all work shall be completed by 12 July 2022."
