1 each training sessions to be delivered (scheduled) a total of 1 time within the period of performance provided. The 12 month window is provided to allow for scheduling flexibility, with a mandatory delivery of the training to be completed by the end of the period of performance. Contract Line Item 5001 does not require any training to be provided.

10 number students via COTS portable devices such as iPad or MS Surface Pro.” The noise cancelling headset is listed as part of the line item to be provided, there are no provided salient characteristics particular to the headset.

QUESTION 5
Is our fixed and firm price proposal expected to included estimated travel expenses OR travel expenses have to be quoted as a separate item? If as a separate item, how should this item be included in the formal proposal?
ANSWER 5
Your Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal is expected to include all expenses (to include travel) within the appropriate contract line item they would be expensed to. For example, the Onsite Training Class contract line items 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002, should reflect within the Unit Price the total cost associated with providing that line item.
